I completed the Confident Speaking and Communication workshop which I attended to improve on my presentation skills. Incredible! I THOUGHT I would always have a fear of speaking in public. Going red, getting lost for words, feeling nervous... I signed up to Cons workshop because I knew I needed to improve on my confidence when speaking at work in meetings, while networking and eventually in front of large crowds as a public speaker. I wanted to be ahead of the game. There was nothing that I explained to Con that he didn't understand or that he hasnt seen before. He could ALWAYS provide a strategy or a way around my fear or the challenge I was facing in relation to communication. Con delivered his Effective Public Speaking course to the staff at Mates in Construction SA in 4 x 3 hour sessions. He tailored the sessions to suit our needs and we have noticed the benefits almost immediately.
